We want you to love your Reencle Home Composter, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the unit is cleaned and returned in its original packaging to qualify for a successful return.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Composter
Empty all organic waste, clean the interior and exterior of the Reencle unit thoroughly, and secure it inside the original box with all included accessories.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
