What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all Reencle units within the continental United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.
What is the warranty and return policy?
Every Reencle comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unit within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging.
How do I maintain the ReencleMicrobe™?
Maintenance is easy! Simply keep the microbes fed with regular food scraps and ensure the moisture levels are balanced. You do not need to replace the microbes unless the colony becomes contaminated or inactive.
